Filipinos who live in the urban or developed areas are privileged to have access to schools that are just a stone throw away, schools that have advanced facilities and teaching tools. But, that is just one side of the coin, as there are still more than 6000 institutions that have no access to power and water supplies. And, these communities are the main reason why Smart Communications has launched its School-In-A-Bag project, that is to bring digital learning to those who need it.
